Blazic 'Jakot' Sauvignonasse 2023

NOTES - Goriška brda, Slovenia— 100% Jakot (aka Tocai Friurlano, aka Sauvignonasse) from a small family-run winery right on the boarder with Italy. (About one third of the Blažič’s vineyards are in Italy.) A fresh but structured, mineral-driven wine. Medium-bodied and dry, with orange blossom, lemon peel, dried apricot, cucumber, dill on the palate. A fantastic introduction to this very traditional style of winemaking. Low S02.
