Broc Cellars, Trousseau Noir 2021

NOTES -  The Trousseau and Zinfandel grapes for the 2021 vintage were 100% destemmed and fermented together in open top stainless fermenters. After pressing,  moved into concrete tank for 6 months. Unfiltered. A lovely medley of cranberry, cherry graphite on nose. The palate adds some notes of violet and red plum. A fantastic, east-drinking red out of Sonoma County!
