NOTES - Aromatic and tannic, notes of dried flowers, stone fruits, and tea. An ever-so-faint pinkish hue from the natural color of the variety's skins. The fruit was destemmed prior to crushing and allowed to spontaneously ferment. 100% Muller Thurgau with 25 days spent on the skins. Aged in stainless steel and spent time on the lees until bottled. Perfectly paired Shellfish, Lean Fish, Spicy Food.
