Catherine Grebaut’s 2019 'Christiana' is a beautifully crafted Merlot from Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux—silky, expressive, and deeply rooted in its terroir. A warm yet challenging vintage led to a more delicate approach in the cellar: fewer pump-overs, minimal racking, and extended bottle aging, allowing the wine to develop its elegant structure and layered complexity.

Ripe dark berries, supple tannins, and a whisper of spice unfold with every sip, offering both immediacy and depth. Though this vintage didn’t receive Grand Cru status, its grace and finesse make it a standout.
