Tasting Notes: In the glass, this wine is dark and plummy, but not densely concentrated. A very fresh and floral nose, showing forest cherry, blueberries, wild strawberry, under scents of lavender and violets. On the palate, there is a crisp blackberry and raspberry character, with richer plums - joined by herbs, salt and graphite. A fresh, bitter note of dark citrus pops above an ever-lasting flavor of earl grey tea on the nervy finish. Complex, clean, and mouthwatering - this is a winter wine with great energy!
