Chateau L'Escart, Cuvee Eden Bordeaux Supérieur 2022

NOTES - Located in Entre-Deux-Mers between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, L’Escart works biodynamically and with minimal intervention in the cellar, somewhat of a rarity in Bordeaux. The Cuvee Eden is composed of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and rounded out with Malbec from 35-45 year old vines. Full bodied and rich with cassis, blueberry and blackberry anchored by oak influenced vanilla and a cedary accent. Fine tannins provide texture on the finish.
