Clos Jaugueyron, Margaux Nout 2019

NOTES - From a 7 hectare property with vines planted in a combination of clay, gravel and sand. A near equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from an area in the commune of Arsac called Le Tertre. The average age of the vines is 30 years. Originally from the Languedoc, Michel Jaugueyron's winemaking is quite simple as the focus is on the vines, their growing season throughout the year. Hand-harvested and fermented whole-cluster with native yeasts. Aged in barrique (25% new).
