Edaphos, Carignan Mendocino, 2020

A very small batch production from Ernest Vineyards, which focuses on organic and sustainable farming. This is a fuller bodied expression of Carignan that has beautiful tartt fruit, licorice on the finish, and velvety tannins. A great transition wine for fall fare.
