En Cavale, Sauvignon Blanc 2022

NOTES- A rounder Sauvignon Blanc that showcases notes of passion fruit and citrus. Silky texture makes way to tastes of honey and dancing peach. Organically grown on the sandy shores of the Sacramento Delta where Wolfgang is able to sail to the vineyard. En Cavale is a collaboration between Chad Hines of Methode Sauvage/ Iruai and Wolfgang Weber (wine writer/ Selection Massale).
