NOTES - 60% Pinot Noir & 40% Gamay. The grapes are macerated 80% whole-cluster and 20% destemmed for 15 to 20 days. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in concrete and wooden vats. No pump-overs, pigeage, rackings or filtration. Touch of sulphur added at bottling.
