NOTES - Started by Davide Andreatta, Il Ceo vineyard is fully biodynamic and make 0/0 wines, meaning they add nothing in the cellar - esp no sulfites. It's a small scale vineyard only making roughly 8000 bottles a year. Kinda rare rosé here :) Tasting notes: bright red fruit notes, high acidity, and a,funky, lightly bubbly profile. It is biodynamically farmed and made with minimal intervention, using native yeasts and no filtration
