Il Ceo, that means little boy in the venetian dialect, is Davide Andreatta, who has recovered old vines in order to preserve them and produce wines with artisanal care, like this 'Vespri'. Fresh but also pleasantly oxidized scents spring from the glass, a slight fizz tingles the nose and sets up for lively sipping.
