NOTES - Il Farneto Frisant Rosato is a biodynamic, naturally sparkling rosé wine from Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, made using the Metodo Ancestrale technique, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is unfiltered, unfined, and uses native yeasts, resulting in a low-sulfur, slightly cloudy wine with notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and citrus, and a refreshing, dry profile. It pairs well with savory dishes, seafood, and cured meats.
