NOTES - Sparkling natural wine made from certified organic Lambrusco grapes grown in Castelfranco Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, ancestral method – bottle re-fermentation – unfiltered. Deliciously fizzy rosé, strwaberry and mint on the nose, pair with a nice sammy.
