NOTES - This juicy and lively pet nat from Slovenia is the perfect paring for a chili dog. Lively, juicy, mouthwatering, bubbly goodness! It’s muscat, but don’t be scared, a pet nat muscat is *cool*. Cloudy-looking, bright-tasting. Aromas of lemon, lime, flowers and pronounced yeastiness on the nose lead to a creamy, chewy palate with a slightly bitter finish. (Oh and don’t shake this baby.)
