NOTES - Nedjma is a wine composed for the most part by Chardonnay which is left to ferment on the skins for a few days and by other characteristic vines of the area, such as Marsanne, Roussanne, Ugni blanc and Villard Blanc which are left to ferment and refine in steel containers. . As for all the other wines also on Nedjma Gilles Azzoni has a minimal intervention on the grapes and very low dosages of sulfur.
