Le Sot de l'Ange, SAAL Rouge 2021

NOTES - A blend of Cab Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir from Quentin Bourse, an artisan winegrower from the Le Sot de l'Ange estate. Medium body, well balance acidity, soft tannins with sweet aromas, combining the palate with baked cherry, black fruit and delicious earthy notes. A real pleasure to drink.
