Les Vins Pirouettes, Eros De Vincent 2023

NOTES - Les Vins Pirouettes Eros de David is an orange wine from Alsace, cultivated and vinified by Domaine Muller-Koeberle in Saint-Hippolyte. This natural wine blends 40% Riesling, 40% Gewürztraminer, and 20% Muscat from organically farmed granite soils with southern exposure. The hand-harvested grapes undergo 7 days maceration together, then age 7 months in stainless steel tanks. David Koeberle plays classical music continuously during vinification. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and unsulfured following the Les Vins Pirouettes collective's minimal intervention philosophy established by Christian Binner.
