NOTES-  A rustic, food-ready red from the mountainous north of Italy. This is a Bordeaux style blend but not make in the flashy or over extracted styles common today. Traditional vinification with wild yeasts, no filtering and nothing added save a touch of sulfur. Hints of green, generous red berries, graphite minerality. Steak wine.
