Mustela Karmico, Barbaresco, 2022

Barbaresco Karmico is a Piedmontese red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are grown in the municipality of Treiso, one of the three towns (along with Neive and Barbaresco) that make up the Barbaresco DOCG denomination. After a very selective harvest, the grapes undergo destemming and crushing, followed by both maceration and fermentation in oak vats. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 24 months in large oak barrels.
