NOTES-  Low-intervention farming and winemaking can be tough to pull off in the Finger Lakes, but Nathan Kendall, who has trained in the Mosel, Adelaide Hills and Willamette Valley, makes it look easy. When he's not making pet-nat from hybrids (see his chëpìka line) Nathan is equally adept at the regional classics, like this elegant dry Riesling that's bursting with tropical fruit and humming with bright acidity.
