NOTES - Poggio delle Baccanti Gragnano Frizzante is a sparkling red wine from the Penisola Sorrentina DOC in Campania, made from indigenous grape varieties including Piedirosso, Aglianico, and Sciascinoso. The grapes are grown organically on volcanic soils near Mount Vesuvius at Sant'Antonio Abate. The winery employs natural winemaking methods with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur additions, and bottle refermentation. The family-run estate has been producing traditional Neapolitan wines for three generations, focusing on low-intervention techniques.

Intense ruby red color with violet-tinged foam. Nose presents aromas of red cherries, strawberries, violets, and mineral undertones from volcanic soil. Palate delivers bright acidity, soft tannins, and persistent bubbles with earthy complexity and fruity freshness.
