Rodica, Refošk (Refosco), NV

NOTES - The nose offers herbaceous aromas of hay and forest floor, red berries and spices. The body is medium, and the palate is fresh, elegantly balanced and mineral. The characteristic bright acidity of Refosco is harmoniously integrated with spicy fruit and velvety tannins. We recommend decanting and allowing the wine to breathe for 30 minutes before consuming. 

Delicious with fat and spice - pulled pork, smoked brisket and any grilled meat, Southern style gumbo, Asian dishes and any spicy sauces.
