Blend: Harry Master's Jersey 43.2%, Golden Russet 36.9%, Chisel Jersey 9.7%, Margil 7.4%, Goldrush 2.8%

Nose: Orange, vanilla, green papaya
Palate: Flinty minerality, pithy lemon, slate
Finish: Soft bitterness gives way to mild astringency and tingling acidity that slowly fades

Sparkling –bottle/keg conditioned.
Alcohol: 8.5%
Risidual Sugar: 0.1%
Titratable Acidity: 6.6g/l
Total Tannins: 462ppm
