Valli Unite, Bianco NV

NOTES - 100% Cortese from 20+ year old vineyards that have never seen chemicals, wild fermented on the skins for 3 days and aged all in steel, then lightly filtered and bottled with minimal sulfur. There is some texture from the skin contact, but really not an orange wine. Crushed apple and melon with a fresh finish.
