Vinca Minor, Carignan Rose

NOTES-  This dry rosé from Vinca Minor is sourced from 90+ year-old, dry-farmed Carignan vines from Hawkeye Ranch. Notes of melon, warm stone, strawberry, and rhubarb.

Hawkeye Ranch. Redwood Valley, Mendocino. Vineyard was planted in the early 1900's through the 1940's. Old Vine & Dry Farmed. Certified Organic. Fruit was foot tread and juice soaked on the stems and skins for 3 hours prior to pressing. Fermented and aged in combination neutral french oak and stainless steel.
